Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of nekhub.com and to every purchase you make from NekHub (“we”, “us”), C/O M Nasir, 16 Ekta Nagar, Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh 450001, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time password. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate details — especially your delivery address and phone number. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse of offers or misuse of the site.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹599 or more; below that a flat fee of ₹79 applies and is shown before payment.
• We try hard to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary, and product photos are digital mockups — small differences in shade and print placement are normal.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; by paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable after payment, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your pincode.

4. Coupons and offers

Coupons have their own conditions (minimum order value, validity dates, usage limits, first order only) shown when you apply them. Only one coupon can be used per order, coupons have no cash value, and we may withdraw an offer that is being misused.

5. Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery timelines, exchanges within 15 days, cancellations before dispatch and refunds to your original payment method are covered in our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies.

6. Reviews and content you post

Reviews should be honest and about the product. Don't post anything abusive, hateful, disrespectful of any faith, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site.

7. Our designs and intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, slogans, photos, logos and site content belong to NekHub or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, print or sell our designs without written permission. Buying a tee gives you the tee — not the rights to the design.

8. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's accounts or data, scrape the site at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as courier disruptions, natural disasters or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered address, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
